Green boxes represent tasks or steps which can be completed by the PM without any client involvement.  Yellow indicates that client involvement is required.

We understand your business goals, either they are huge or small, we give special attention to each and every aspect. Our planning plays a major role in the success of the project.

Discover

In this phase, we take our detailed understanding of your customers and do research for the better solutions. We always try to discover fresh solutions for you and your business.

Build

Depending on your requirement and technical knowledge, we will build your project as per detailed specifications and while developing we will give you feedback of progress as well as ongoing support for development. After first delivery, we will show you the outcome and whatever changes or process is needed, we will take care of that.

Deploy

We will make sure that all the work is ready before the launch. Project testing, application environment and other reviews are done before we deliver finished product.
